Jubei-Chan: The Ninja Girl



Yagyu Jubei lives on
Yagyu Jubei, and incredible ninja/swordsman died nearly 300 years ago, but he needed to pass on his skills to one worthy heir. His vassal has spent centuries searching, and has finally found the one. Enter Jiyu Nanohana, who goes by the nickname, Jubei; she ends up inheriting Yagyu Jubei's eye patch. Once worn, it transforms Jubei-chan into a mighty warrior with skills that have not been seen for centuries. Throughout the show, Jubei will have to face different opponents who always pop up randomly.

This series was recently rereleased from Bandai Entertainment's license and is currently under Media Blaster's label. There are no special features at all on this collection; the trailers are at the beginning of the discs if you do not skip past them.

This is one of Studio Madhouse's earlier releases and it does show. A lot of the character designs look like they belong in the 90's, and despite this anime being made in 1999, they could of done a little better. I can...

Arrived on time, just as advertised.
The product arrived on time and was in good packaging to protect the product. I will do business with this company again.

Old but amusing.
Comic yet intense when it gets down too it, This is definitely a fun anime to watch if you like older style anime's.
